Top 10 Overlooked Gadgets of 2008

Every year thousands of gadgets hit the market, and for some reason or another some of the better devices end up overlooked or overshadowed by inferior competition. Maybe it's better marketing, maybe it's brand loyalty -- whatever it is some of the best products on the market go largely under our radar.

The list even offers up a worthwhile alternative to the Amazon Kindle. I've been dying to get my hands on an e-reader. and with Kindle being a US-only product right now I thought I was out of luck.
