This is another one of those posts that technically don't fit the technology category, but it's just too good to pass up. Anyone who's interested in interstellar travel will be happy to note that tickets are available. That's right, if you want to take that fateful trip to space, you can do now do so.

For around $200,000 USD (you didn't expect it to be cheap, did you?), wealthy adventurers will be able to buy a ticket for that fateful trip. The flights are going to be run by Virgin Galactic. Surprisingly, around 300 tickets have already been booked.

If you happen to have a couple of hundred thousand bucks lying around somewhere, you can get buy passage to space at Sweden's Ice Hotel. The epic flight is set for takeoff in 2012.
