Cool Your Palms With The Cooler Mouse

You know the drill. It's 3AM in the morning. Powered by coffee, you hack away at your computer to finish that last-minute report or to finally get some payback on that bastard who cut you in half with a chainsaw. Whether you're gaming or beating a deadline, the stress is there, and if you're one of those who suffer from sweaty palms, Thanko has a product that might help deal with that.

The Cooler mouse is a fairly standard looking mouse, but has a built-in fan that draws air from the bottom of the mouse, and pushes it out the top of the mouse to keep the user's palm cool. This will probably go a long way to help users with sweaty palms. This mouse is also a 5-button mouse, with buttons to control the airflow.

It costs $18 USD in Japan, so if that wet feeling is becoming unbearable, you may want to consider looking up your contacts who happen to be there. And who knows? Maybe we'll see a local version somewhere.
